Tuesday, November 26th, 2:30-5:30 p.m.

You will:

  • Learn a cheer and dance to perform at tryouts on Friday
  • Run a timed mile (8 minute mile is goal)
  • Perform shuttle runs, sprints, and conditioning

Friday, November 30th, 2:30-6:00 p.m.

You will:

  • Demonstrate stunting skill and technique
  • Demonstrate gymnastic skill and technique
  • Tryout (best tumbling, best 3-jump sequence, cheer and dance)


PARENTS: The ending time is subject to change due to individual tryout times. It may end quicker or run longer.
