You will:
- Learn a cheer and dance to perform at tryouts on Friday
- Run a timed mile (8 minute mile is goal)
- Perform shuttle runs, sprints, and conditioning
Friday, November 30th, 2:30-6:00 p.m.
You will:
- Demonstrate stunting skill and technique
- Demonstrate gymnastic skill and technique
- Tryout (best tumbling, best 3-jump sequence, cheer and dance)
PARENTS: The ending time is subject to change due to individual tryout times. It may end quicker or run longer.
